Hi Everyone.
I have finally gotten my internet connection. I am now gonna update.
Day 1:
It was about 10pm. My friends Ahmad, Zach, Satheesh, Nabil came to my place to send me to the Airport. These guys are my beat pals. I've known them since Sec 1. We went to the airport and checked in my baggage. I already got my seats and boarding pass as i did an online Check-in. After a while i said goodbye to everyone and i left. It was very emotional for me as i have never travelled abroad on my own before. This was my first time. I then boarded the flight, Emirates Airlines and took off to Dubai for my transit. It took 6 hours 45 minuts to reach Dubai International Airport(DIA). DIA is so huge i got lost in the Airport. I had to ask the officers around to get to the next gate with my flight to Dusseldorf, Germany. The wait was 4 hours.
Dubai Interantional Airport was very well decorated. They had Palm trees inside the Airport.
You can now realise why i got lost in the Airport its so huge.
The Design on the walls look like those designs in the King's Castles.
This was my flight which i was going to board to go to Dusseldorf.
About 20 Mins after Take off. I had a great view of The Palm Islands in Dubai
I also saw another island shaped like a crescent in the middle of the ocean.
The view was incredible. The feeling of soaring in the skies above the clouds is the best.
This is the Rhine river.
Clean energy. Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine(HAWT).
I learned about these during PT Lessons.
After touchdown, i went took the sky train to the Dusseldorf train station. From there i took another train to Bochum Hbf Station. From Bochum Hbf Station i had to take another train U35 to Markstarsm which is where i live. Then unpacked my stuff and went to bed.
